Getting Started with ERP Sandbox
Sandboxes provide a simple way of testing the API without any real impact, meaning that no personal or financial data is used.
Sandbox API Access
If you wish to have access to the i-bank ERP Sandbox API, please contact us at email@example.com.
Step One: Create your first Sandbox Application
If you haven’t already, create a new Sandbox application by invoking the /api/Sandbox/create_application call by simply providing a "GUID" as the application id and naming it almost anything you like.
Step Two: Create your Customer
After creating your sandbox application, you can create a user with /api/Sandbox/create_user or for quick start create the default users that already have some accounts and cards with /api/Sandbox/create_default_users.
Step Three: Add Accounts and Cards to your Customer
If you don’t have accounts and cards on your customer (e.g. with create_default_users) then you can add an account with
/api/Sandbox/add_account or a card with /api/Sandbox/add_card. At any time you can download you user data with
/api/Sandbox/download_user and modify them directly by uploading new json data with /api/Sandbox/upload_user.
Step Four: Start Testing
Once you have your customer, accounts or/and cards you can start invoking the rest of the operations by providing the mandatory http header ApplicationID and the other required information on the “request body payload” (e.g. “userId”).
